La Ligue soutient depuis longtemps les principales foires internationales du livre ancien. Elles permettent aux libraires d'exhiber certains de leurs livres, gravures et manuscrits de la plus haute qualité. Les foires sont organisées selon les directives de la Ligue, qui garantissent l'authenticité des marchandises exposées et l'intégrité des exposants. Ces foires sont indiquées par le logo de la LILA, et sont surlignées en rouge. Les autres foires sont listées pour information seulement, sans que la responsabilité de la Ligue ne soit engagée.
