With a fold. map of Australia, proposed double-page plan for a city, proposed flag, and a series of 3 double-page fine hand-coloured lithographs of the expedition crossing a river, carrying canoes, & crossing the desert with camels. Fine and complete. Rare. NOTE: Sometimes ascribed to Commander Allen Francis Gardiner, but according to Bonwick, the author was T.J. Maslen. The book plans a systematic exploration of the interior of Australia, using camels for desert transportation.
