Titl e-page slightly soiled and 3 clean tears in last three pages skilfully repaired, otherwise a good copy in wide margins of this extremely rare work. WITH: Portfolio of 4 loose large coloured views of Sydney Cove, being the re-issue, privately printed by W illiam Dymock in 1884. The plates, after drawings by one of the earliest convict artists, John Eyre, are beautifully coloured a nd in fine condition. A 6pp. letterpress pamphlet (foxed) of "A Description of the Views of Sydney in 1810", published by Willi am Dymock, is loosely inserted. The portfolio solander box is in quarter calf uniform to the text volume.
