On his second journey abroad, he came to Paris in 1721 and stayed there for almost a year. There he spent most of his time in the libraries, preparing his work on St. Geneveva, and looking up the learned men of the city. But he also made fun of the catholic ceremonies there, and in this book on St. Geneveva, he revealed the Saint and patroness of Paris as a fraud. It’s here, as usual, bound together with his academic dissertation, Wittenberg the same year, and with his licentiate sermons.
