Published for the Swedish participation at the exhibition “Allgemeine Ausstellung für hygienische Milchversorgung zu Hamburg 1902”. Gustaf Kjerrulf (1861-1931), Swedish veterinarian. His most important and for Swedish circumstances pioneering work lay within control of hygiene in food production and -distribution, especially meats and milk. He also contributed greatly to the lawmaking concerning the same fields.
