Octavo, blue cloth with white and pale blue lettering, slight wear to corners and ends of spine, blue end papers with owners name. Small piece of dust jacket missing from back near spine with small tears to top and bottom of spine and corners. Slight separation of front board from spine. Pencil annotations throughout text. Owners N. First American edition. An earlier version of this novel was published in 1933.
