Conditions of sale

All books are subject to prior sale and returnable within 15 days with
prior notice. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash, Check, and
Money Orders are accepted. Institutions can be billed. Normal terms to
the trade.

Domestic postage and handling is free. Foreign orders are sent via Air
Mail at a rate of $10 for the first book and $5 for each additional book.
