With nearly 150 black & white illustrations. Stiff, glossy pictorial wrappers. Signature of previous owner on front endpaper, else a fine copy. Originally published in 1912, this English language edition simulates the original format, with all it's illustrations and documentary apparatus, including letters between the editors, first drafts of prefaces, and musical examples.
