BAL 12049. 12mo, later green polished calf by Bayntun, morocco labels, gilt decorations and lettering, gilt inner dentelles, a.e.g. ¶ One of Longfellow’s Italian readers, with his introductory notes, published early in his career while he was a professor at Bowdoin. Edges a bit rubbed; very good copy in a custom cloth dust jacket and slipcase.
