New York: Harper & Brothers, 1881. First American edition. Allibone, Supplement, page 1262; the NUCrecords only this American edition (two locations: DLC, PPL). 4to, contemporary dark green morocco, gilt decorations, inner dentelles, and lettering, a.e.g. ¶ A minor but apparently popular Victorian writer. Allibone lists 15 novels by Mrs. Randolph; Wolff only had two (see Wolff 5690 & 5691). This edition was published in Harpers Franklin Square Library, no. 202, an inexpensive double-column format, originally issued in wrappers, but someone thought enough of Mrs. Randolph to have this expensively bound. Very good copy.
