BAL 10121, which only notes the large paper copy. 8vo, 19th century quarter green morocco (edges a bit worn, spine a little rubbed), marbled boards, gilt lettering. Engraved title and 12 plates. ¶ Contains the first appearance of Irving’s “A Contented Man,” which was later collected in Wolfert’s Roost (1855). Other contributors, all English, include Coleridge, Sotheby, Mitford, Bowring, Galt, et al. Very good copy.
