National juried bienal is limited to artists born or have lived in Venezuela and are no older that 35 years of age. Some participants: Ricardo Alcaide, Kike Arnal, Fran Beaufrand, Maria Bernández, Guillermo de Yavorsky, Mailen García, Andrés Manner, Juan Nascimiento, and many others. A unique themed bienal documents much of the best of 1990s art in Venezuela.
