The work consists of two main parts: the introduction and the descriptive flora, which includes 127 families, 593 genera, and 1,266 vascular plant species. . The Inka Terra Ecological Reserve (IER) located in Amazonian south-eastern Peru has been in operation for over 25 years and was one of the first eco-tourist facilities developed in Peru. Since, the company Inka Terra has leased a 10,000 hectare area of tropical rainforest located adjacent to the lodge and supported ecological research within this reserve. ENGLISH AND SPANISH TEXT
