(see DAB) First edition. Small 8vo.; 242pp. Errata slip laid down on blank rear flyleaf. Plain plum colored cloth (spine faded to brown). Library bookplate on front pastedown (stamped "withdrawn"); foxing. Contemporary ownership signature of Univ. of Virginia Law student John Wingfield at head of title page (a later inscription from Jno. Wingfield of Washington, GA, dated Jan. 1891on front flyleaf). A good copy.
