Joel Munsell, Albany, NY: 1863. Volume I, nos. 1-3 [all published], April 10-25, May 15, and May 28. 4to. Each issue four pages [printed double-column]. Includes local news, information on the progress of the war, engagements of local regiments, obituaries of those killed in action, some original correspondence from the front etc. Not in Biblioteca Munselliana. OCLC locates seven sets (New York Historical Society, New York Public, New York State Library, Library of Congress, Newberry, Western Reserve Historical Society, Providence Public). OCLC: "A full summary of interesting local incidents." First page of each issue soiled, but a good complete set of an uncommon Civil War-era periodical.
