Collection of original drawings for Art Deco furniture and interiordesign, Vienna, circa 1930.

Altogether 12 original designs (9 in striking color) by the Viennese architect Dr. Willy Lorenz, with sketches in classic Art Deco style for the Moerzinger residential project, including 3 large works (approx. 60 cm x 39 cm) in pencil and tempera on transparent paper showing an office cabinet, commode and living-room closet, 6 smaller colored works (approx. 20 cm x 26 cm), also in pencil and tempera on transparent paper, showing eight designs for a bedroom, desks, tables, beds, etc., and 3 monochrome drawings showing more furniture, most of the drawings signed on either the work itself or its passe-partout. The paper surrounding the tempera images is wrinkled, however, this is a natural effect due to the type of paper used for the medium and the painted images themselves are mostly unaffected. Plates loose in paper folder. N.p., n.d. (circa 1930; several drawings are dated in pencil 1929).
