Bewick had already won seven guineas from the Society for the Encouragement of the Arts in 1775 for the woodcut of "The Hound and the Huntsman," which is found on page 132. Nicely rebound in Cambridge-style full panelled calf. Housed in a brown cloth dropback box with morocco spine label and title in gilt. T.e.g. (Hugo 14; Roscoe 8).
