(Germany Otto Maier 1895) Complete set of 48 cards, each measuring 3 3/16 by 1 7/8 inches. Each card is divided in half with one or two color illustrations with accompanying text in German. Housed in a cardboard box with the bottom half divided into four compartments, and the top bearing a color printed label. Some wear to extremities of box and compartment dividers, else an unusually fine example of a lesser known Meggendorfer work.
