London Rock Brothers and Payne (c. 1848-1859) 144 pp. Adomeit notes the second edition, and what she believed to have been the first edition, recording only three copies of each. This later edition serves as one of a number of "Bijou Series," also found also under the imprint of Rocks & Co. Slightly larger than the dimensions recorded by Adomeit. Very mild bowing to rear cover, else a bright and fine copy in publisher's gilt-stamped blue cloth. A.e.g. A scarce miniature Bible. (1 3/4 by 1 3/8; 45x35mm.). (see Adomeit B78). (Thumb Bible).
