Keepsake: The Eragny Press.
San Francisco Grabhorn-Hoyem 1972 (2) pp. One of 125 copies. Printed as a keepsake from for the members of the Roxburghe Club of San Francisco on the occasion of a meeting at an exhibit of the Eragny Press. The text, printed in red-orange and written by G.S. Tomkinson, tells the story of the Eragny Press and Pissarro's ambitions and successes with typefoundry. In the spirit of Eragny, the first press to print engravings in color on vellum, this keepsake features an engraved medallion with a bucolic scene printed in green. A single sheet, measuring 10 3/4 by 10 1/2 inches. Fine.
