London FORM (1916) Small quarto. (10) ff. One of 122 copies. Contains "The Dawn," "On Woman," "The Fisherwoman," "The Hawk," "Memory," "The Thorn Tree," "The Phoenix," and "There Is a Queen in China." Beautifully printed on Italian handmade paper. Title-page, poem titles, and initials in red. Leaves disbound, as stiching has been removed. Some soiling to front panel of wrapper, else fine. Housed in a slightly worn black cloth portfolio with gilt lettering to front cover and an intact fore-edge tie. Rockford College Library label to inside front cover of portfolio, which also has an area of glue residue where a wood-engraved bookplate has come detached. The bookplate is laid in. (Wade 114).
