A record ofthe collaboration between Harry Kessler, Edward Johnston, Emery Walker, and Edward Prince in making the Cranach Press Italic font. With a two-page black and white photo reproduction of Johnston's drawings for a portion of the typeface. Bound in decorated-cloth boards and housed in a matching slipcase. Very fine.
