Verona (Officina Bodoni) 1970 Small quarto. One of 200 numbered copies. Transcription of a manuscript copy of Ippolito and Leonora, attributed to the fifteenth century Veronese scribe Feliciano. Illustrated with photo reproductions of the original manuscript, from the collection of Harvard's Houghton Library. With a commentary on Feliciano by Giovanni Mardersteig of Officina Bodoni, subsequent to the transcription. Bound in full vellum, with gilt lettering to spine. Very slight toning to edges of leaves, spine slightly toned, fore-corner of top board bumped, else fine.
