This is a deluxe copy, number II, bound in full vellum by the Bremer Binderei under the supervision of Frieda Thiersch. In addition, the book is inscribed by Field to Charles E. Lauriat, Jr. A T.L.s. from Field to Lauriat is enclosed, thanking him for his help in obtaining material for the text. This is a fine copy with the original slipcase, lacking the bottom of the case and with detached top piece. Prospectus laid in.
