Gorey's second miniaturebook was written as an homage to the seventeenth-century English hymn writer Isaac Watts, and its text is obscurely akin to "Divine Songs for Children." The twenty-nine verses and pictures are printed letterpress by Darrell Hyder and bound by Barbara Blumenthal in patterned-paper boards. Very fine. (Bradbury, p 39). (1 1/2 by 1 5/16; 39x33mm).
