A series of illustrations, designed and executed more than a century ago and presented by Shepherd to a favorite niece. Essentially an early pop-up book, the text consists of various passages on etiquette with a small window on most pages that, when lifted, reveal words such as "Innocence" or "Good Humour." Very Good.
