Probably the best association copy possible, with a wonderful signed presentation from Travers on a front blank page: "Jan. 13th, 1957. This is copy #1 presented to my ever-loving mother: - No greater compliments -no greater gifts can I bestow on you dear mother that can ever equal that which you have given me! Milton." Also signed by Travers, using his full name, on the rear panel of the dust jacket. Now that's a great association copy! A study of the Indian tribe that occupied all of Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, and the mainland from Narragansett Bay and the Providence River, from Cape Cod and the Atlantic Ocean northerly to the southern boundary of Massachusetts Bay.
