American cartoonist. Unsigned original pen-and-ink political cartoon titled "A bill is introduced to give back the fines of the war profiteers found guilty under the Lever law." The cartoon shows a sobbing Uncle Sam handing a moneybag to a Fined Profiteer, with the caption reading "'All right Sam, I really never missed it%u2014but I like your spirit.'" Title and caption are penciled in the bottom margin. 1 page, 8 1/2" x 11 1/2". Ca. 1930.
