This beautifully printed and produced book describes the mineral springs of San Giuliano near Pisa and their healing power for special illness.
Antonio Cocchi taught medicine and philosophy at Pisa and Florence. As a young man, he had accompanied Lord Hastings on a trip to London, who selected him for his knowledge of English. 4to Title, printed in red and black, with engraved vignettes including coin portrait of Emperor Franz I. Elaborate head and tail pieces.

All prices are given and payable in, U.S. Dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Items may also be purchased in other currencies at that days exchange rate (local).
Payment may be made by money order, cheque, Mastercard, and Visa. In case of payment with a credit card, we require a signed order, with card details (the number and expiry date) and the full billing address of the card. Unless otherwise instructed, all overseas orders will be dispatched by express post at the customer's expense. Shipping insurance may be arranged at the buyers expense and behest.
If any item should be unsatisfactory to the purchaser, we offer a full refund as long as the item is in its original condition, and we are notified within 7 days of receipt.
