In the original 6 monthly parts. Engraved title page and portrait (in part 6) and and 12 engraved plates (2 in each part). Original printed wrappers, spines to first and third parts entirely replaced, minor repairs to other wrappers, upper wrapper to first part slightly soiled; some occasional foxing, plates to second part creased. This set has all of the wrappers and inserted material as per Hatton and Cleaver, with the following exceptions: (1) Part 2 lacks the "Cork Hats" slip, as usual; (2) Part 5 lacks the 8pp. Chapman & Hall catalogue in rear.
