[1912] Superbly illustrated volume of Poe's verse Hughey notes the binding in tan cloth, with no mention of a blue variant (DULAC, EDMUND) First American trade edition, printed by Henry Stone and Co., Banbury, in a variant binding. 4to. Title portrait of Poe in black ink over tan background, 28 full-page color plates mounted on white paper, and 10 black ink headpieces on tan backgrounds, all after drawings by Edmund Dulac. Blue blind stamped cloth after design by Frank Hazen (signed F H), titled in gilt, very fine copy in original printed paper Publisher's box, price of $5.00 on box. Hughey 29c
