Spine sunned, covers quite worn and scuffed, hinges weak, frontis. and t.-p. lightly foxed, tear in fold. map with no loss, contents good. Boulton, 1841-99, was captured during Red River Rebellion, 1869-70, condemned to death and reprieved; during second North-West Rebellion, 1885, he commanded a corps organized by himself, known as 'Boulton's Scouts'. Appointed Senator in 1889. Nominal roll of the North-West Field Force, 1885, pp. 499-end.
