Fraser died young (31), but left his mark on book publishing, illustration, and theatrical set design--as well as a designer of toys. From his sketchbook are "35 toys reproduced here for the first time and in full color...purposely designed to be made of inexpensive materials--plywood, papier-mache, even cardboard--so they could be sold at the lowest possible price."
