Burger, Chief Justice of the US, who presided at the "trial." 9 x 6 inches, with a few black & white illustrations. In the original printed dust wrapper. A "mock" trial whereby eminent lawyers argued for their clients concerning the liabililty of states for damage caused to states and individuals by a Spaceship falling from space. This demonstration strove to illustrate that an international court can effectively serve the World Community and help resolve international disputes. A precursor to the idea of a World Court.
