Contributors include Sydney Webb, William Clarke, Sydney Olivier; Annie Besant, Graham Wallas, and Hubert Bland. Fourteen pages of publisher's advertising at rear including a tipped-in color fold-out. A little rubbed at corners and head and heel of spine, and 1-1/2-inch scratch on bottom margin of front cover, otherwise an excellent copy .
