Dept of the Interior [Toronto] 1915 17 x 12-1/2 inches; 14, 124 pages. Ex-library copy rebound in maroon cloth with gilt lettering on spine, a little scuffed; new endpapers. Remnant of narrow orange sticker at top of spine. Title page and plates NOT stamped (small stamp on blank margin of plates 2 & 124). Sheet 10 has paper repairs on blank verso, and there are a few other marginal repairs to this oversize book. Title page illustrated with handsome color seal of Canada. Eighty map plates, some double spread, printed in color on one side only. Plates 81-124 include statistics from the year 1911 for cities, ethnicity, population, trade, resources, natural landscape features, agriculture, shipping, &c. rendered as maps, diagrams and charts.
