Pazzoni and Monti Parma 1693 Bound in limp boards with hand-lettered paper title label on spine. 8-1/2 x 6 inches; 360 pages. Attractive frontis, with title page vignette, ornate initial caps. Former owner's name etc., on blank area of 1st page of dedication, with bleed through, and written on three other pages as well. Also, place name inked on p.1. OCLC locates 6 copies. Among his other works, Freschot wrote the "Histoire amoureuse et badine du Congres et de la ville. d' Utrecht, en plusieurs lettres." A scarce early book on the history of Calvinism in France.
