Harcourt p. 78; not in Wolff. Murray, a notorious yellow journalist, was the illegitimate son of the second Duke of Buckingam and Chandos. He wrote a number of novels, the best known of which is 'The Member for Paris' (1891). The present item is a short novel set in Eton. Ownership signature and book-plate of Oliver Brett. A very good copy.
