XXVI+586 p. with 6 woodcuts in the text + mounted photography portrait of Edw. Blackhouse, 8 chromo litographed plates, 6 mounted black and white photographs and 2 entchings. Contemp. cloth. Top and bottum of spine a little frayed. With some underlinings in red and blue and pencil. According to a handwritten note on the free front end-paper then this copy was a gift from the author to V. Kornerup in 1886.
