Album of Chinese ink rubbings (29 x 16 cm), forming part of the cycle of the Five Hundred Lohan, containing 44 woodblock portraits of Buddhist holy men, numbered 451–495 (490 missing), folded concertina-style, n. d. (ca. early 19th century). Each portrait with a line of text, stating the name and number of the subject. Last five portraits detached; blank versos somewhat stained with some sellotape repairs; one or two margins bit frayed.
Not listed in the 1981 catalogue of the Chinese rubbings in the Field Museum of Natural History.
