Original binding in walnut brown sheep, covers with gilt border & central decorative stamp, spine decorated with the same stamp in four compartments. Hoseyn’s best known work, written in 1504. It is a version of the story of Kalïla va Dimna Kalila va Dimna in the highly artificial style favoured in his day. Hoseyn was a Persian poet of the Herat circle.
