This is an important study of the wars between Frederick I and the communes of Lombardy.

About Us
The owner, Richard Murian, has a BA in History from the University of California Davis; a MLS from the University of California, Berkeley; a Masters of Divinity from Trinity in Biblical Studies and a MA from California State University, Sacramento in the History of the American West. My further graduate studies were in Renaissance and Reformation studies with an emphasis on Italian humanism.
