Edition Originale, imprimée à Lucca, de cet éloge de la médecine prononcé à la Faculté de Pise par Antonio Cocchi (1695-1758). Ce médecin et naturaliste italien, qui entretint notamment une correspondance avec Newton et Boheraave, fut l'un des fondateurs de la Société de Botanique de Florence et on le désigne également parfois comme le premier adepte italien de la franc-maçonnerie. Cet opuscule est très rare et le catalogue collectif italien n'en recense qu'un seul exemplaire à la Bibliothèque de Pharmacologie de la Faculté de Padoue. Timbre à sec sur le titre. Annotations marginales au crayon.

Founded in Paris more than thirty years ago, Comellas Rare Books are settled in Barcelona since 2001, in a beautiful apartment of the fashionable Rambla de Cataluña (at the intersection with Gran Vía), a privileged place where you can enjoy the refined atmosphere of the old libraries in the heart of the city. We are open every afternoon without appointment, from Monday to Friday 16-20h.
Fondée à Paris il y a plus de trente ans, la Librairie Ancienne Comellas est installée depuis 2001 à Barcelone, dans un magnifique appartement de la célèbre Rambla de Cataluña, un emplacement privilégié qui permet de jouir de l'atmosphère raffinée des anciennes bibliothèques en plein cœur de la cité. Nous sommes ouverts chaque après-midi, du lundi au vendredi et de 16 à 20h.
