Paper lightly brownished. Waterstain in the outside margin of the first 5 pages (title page and introduction), 6 last pages and and in the margins of the map of Isles Britanniques. 2 pages of index with a small and well done restoration. Very small hole in the Guatimala's map. Map of Isles Britanniques with waterstain on margins. Some few pages with small missing in the lower margin, not affecting plates. Maps clean. However, extraordinary good condition of this rare work.
