The first part includes: "Histoire des Pyramidés de Quito". Important and rare work, which author has been named by "L'Academie des Sciences" with Godin and Bourguer, accompanied by the wises Jorge Juan de Santacilia and Antonio Ulloa, to measure the middle grade of Equator and determine the size and shape of the earth. Not only they have been working during 10 years with numerous measurements that proved the flattening of the Poles, but also they have observed tha magnetic of the mountain over the objects.
