Tratados celebrados entre la comisión nombrada por el gobierno de Mendozay el señor coronel don José Antonio Pincheira

"El Cacique Pincheira luchó a favor de los realistas". Pincheira era un cacique araucano que luchó a favor de la causa realista. Al terminar las guerras de la independencia realizó varios malones sobre Mendoza. Este tratado de paz llevó momentáneamente la tranquilidad a la provincia. Rarísimo impreso hecho en Chile.
