Closely trimmed at the foot, but a fine copy. "Published under the Direction of the Committee of General Literature and Education, appointed by the Society For Promoting Christian Knowledge". Each plant (classified as "Fatally Poisonous to Man", "Noxious", "more or less Noxious" or "Suspected") is illustrated in colour with a description beneath.
