The Second Edition, Corrected. 8vo. [192 x 119 x 29 mm]. lxxx, 313, [7] pp. Bound in contemporary calf, the covers tooled in blind with a double fillet border, two panels formed by rolls, with a large floral tool at the outer corners, the centre stained a darker brown. The spine divided into six panels, with small paper shelf-labels at the head and foot, plain endleaves, red sprinkled edges. First published earlier in 1706, this second edition is not in the British Library or the Bodleian. At the end is a six page "Catalogue of Books Printed for Richard Smith, at the Angel and Bible without Temple-Bar; Where Gentlemen may be furnished with all sorts of New Books that come out, and have ready Money for any Library, of what Language soever". A fine copy from Shirburn Castle, with the South Library bookplate and Earl of Macclesfield's blind stamp.
