[194 x 113 x 50 mm]. x, [ii], 237 pp; [2] ff, 264, 269-299 pp. Bound in the original blue boards, white paper spine lettered and numbered by hand in ink, uncut edges. (Small knock to the edge of one board). The preface leaves in vol.1 have been misbound and there is a jump in pagination in vol.2. With an errata leaf bound after the title in vol.2. A remarkably fine copy, which remains partly unopened. The work is sometimes wrongly attributed to Thomas Wharton.
