Ex-library (Liverpool Public Libraries) with a very small stamp at base of title page and final page. Part 1 Report & Evidence; Part 2 Appendix and Index. Government blue book. Although slave trading had been prohibited in most place by 1808, this Report shows that it was still flourishing and the Government was still trying to find ways of stopping it.
